If you can't find the app on your PC, contact your IT department or install the application: Install Meta Quest Link App.
Before connecting your headset, make sure you can launch apps not downloaded through the Meta store:
In the Meta Quest Link app, go to Settings > General
Enable the Unknown Sources toggle
Confirm the prompt to allow content from unknown sources
Â
Connect the Meta Quest
Turn on the headset by pressing the power button.
Put on the headset and adjust the fit:
Use the wheel on the back of the Elite Strap to tighten it.
Adjust the top strap for a secure and comfortable fit.
Adjust the lenses for the sharpest image:
Meta Quest 3: Turn the lens spacing wheel until the image is clear.
Meta Quest 3S / Meta Quest 2: Gently push the lenses into one of the three preset positions until the image appears sharp.
Plug a USB-C cable from your Meta Quest headset into your computer.
To confirm the successful connection in the Meta Quest Link app, go to the Devices tab.
Inside the Meta Quest, click on the clock on the left of the menu bar to open Quick Settings and select Link.
Once Quest Link (or Air Link) is active, you should enter a white virtual room.
If your headset and PC are on the same Wi-Fi network, you can use Air Link instead of a cable.

Launch realworld one
Take off the headset to start realworld one on your PC from your Desktop or the start menu. If you can't find the app on your PC, contact your IT department or install the application: https://download.realworld-one.com/Â
Sign into your realworld one account by entering your email address.
You can now start any installed experience from the Home or the Community tab.
On the Home tab, you can use Spotlights, Activity, or Recent to quickly join sessions or access featured and recently used content.
If it is your first time using realworld one, we recommend starting with the First Steps tutorial before diving into any other experience.
It will help you get familiar with movement, controls, and interaction in VR.
