Annex 2 – Subprocessors

1. Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited
Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, Atrium Block B, Carmenhall Road, Sandyford Industrial Estate, Dublin 18, Ireland, including its Sub-processors, such as Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, Washington 98052, USA, as further specified in the Microsoft Trust Center. Contractor has entered into a data processing agreement with Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Version of September 2021, as available in the Microsoft Trust Center).

a) Scope, nature and purpose of Sub-processing:
Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited provides the cloud infrastructure on which the SaaS services provided under the SaaS Terms (as defined in the Main Contract) are hosted. This includes the provision of technical support services by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited and its Sub-processors in this context. Where temporary storage is necessary in Third Countries, data centres provided by Sub-processor of Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited are temporarily used.

b) Categories of data subjects, types of personal data, duration of Sub-processing:

2. Realworld one Studio India Private

d) Scope, nature and purpose of Sub-processing:
Provides certain support services to Contractor. These services generally do not involve the processing of personal data subject to this DPA. However, in exceptional cases, support personnel at Contractor’s subsidiary in India may be enabled to access personal data subject to this DPA, as necessary.

Provides certain support services to Contractor. These services generally do not involve the processing of personal data subject to this DPA. However, in exceptional cases, support personnel at Contractor’s subsidiary in the United States may be enabled to access personal data subject to this DPA, as necessary.
