Intune - Meta Device Enrollment

1. Prepare Intune Enrollment Profile

• Go to Microsoft Intune and select Devices → Android.

• Under Enrollment, select the desired Enrollment Profile from the Android Open Source Project (AOSP).

• Click Create Policy.

  • Enter a profile name.

  • Optionally configure Wi-Fi.

  • Optionally set Scope Tags.

• Click Create to finish and select your newly created profile.

• Navigate to Token → Export to download the token file.

2. Configure Meta Horizon with Intune

• Go to https://work.meta.com and sign in to proceed. If you do not have a Meta Horizon managed service account yet, visit the Sign up for Meta Horizon managed solutions page.
• Navigate to Devices → Third-party MDMs.
• Click Create third-party enrollment.

• Select Microsoft Intune and give it a name.

• Upload the exported token from Intune.

• (Optional) Set as default enrollment and assign Device Groups or specific devices.t.

3. Enroll Devices

• If a device is already registered with a Meta account, perform a factory reset.

• Proceed with the initial setup until the device displays a code.

• Select Connect to your organization.

• Note down the 8-digit device code for enrollment.
