Video Guide
Accessing the AIO App
First, turn on the headset and put it on (left Quest 3, right Quest 2).
Follow the instructions to create a guardian space. For more information, check Setup your boundary for Meta Quest.
Click the small meta button on your right controller to open the settings bar (in case it is not yet open. It is a long bar that will be at the bottom of your screen).
In the menu bar, click on the time icon to open the quick settings and connect your VR headset with a stable WiFi.
Click on "App Library" located on the very right side of the menu bar.
At the left of the screen, click on βFor Workβ.
Now you should see the "realworld one" panel. Click on it to open the application. If there is no realworld one application in the "For Work" section, please get in touch with your VR Manager or IT.
You should now be in a room with a menu in front of you prompting you to log in.
Once you have selected "Login", follow the instructions on the screen to access your account.
On your computer, access your internet browser, go to "https://rwone.com/login" and enter the 8-digit code you see in your headset. You will then be asked to log in with your account data (either with email + password or through single sign-on (SSO).
Use an incognito tab of your browser to open the link if you want to set up multiple accounts or log into a different account. You can always log out through the VR menu.
If you want to log out of the app, you can open the realworld one menu with the menu button
on your left controller. On the bottom right, click on the three dots and then logout.
You will be asked to confirm the privacy of your account and have the option to stay logged in for 14 days when clicking the checkbox.
After logging in, you can access the VR menu to get access to experiences.
If you want to close the app again, you can open the realworld one menu with the menu button on your left controller. On the bottom right, click on the three dots and then exit the application.
(Alternatively, click on your right controller on the Oculus
or Meta button
and then click on "Quit". You will land in the Meta Quest user room again.)
Navigating the VR Menu
After you successfully log in, you can open the menu by selecting the menu button on the left controller. On the menu, you choose between five tabs: Home, My Company, Community, Files, and Settings.
In the 'Home' tab, you can check out active VR sessions in the middle, join or invite your online contacts on the right, and see any highlighted VR experiences on the left side. On the right side, you see online contacts, which you can invite into an experience/room that you have created by clicking on the icon with a person and a plus sign.
In the 'My Company' tab, you can see all the active rooms from your company.
In the 'Community' tab, you can see all the partner companies and their VR experiences to which you have access.
In the 'Settings' tab, you can adjust your graphics, audio, and accessibility settings.
The 'Notifications' tab will keep you updated on any invites or updates you might receive. If you are asked to join a room you have yet to download, you are first required to do so before entering.
