Turn On and Connect the Headset

• Turn on the headset using the power button:

• Connect your VIVE headset to your computer using a USB Type-C cable.

Note: If you don't have a long USB Type-C cable, go to the VIVE accessories page and purchase the VIVE Streaming Cable.

Start SteamVR and VIVE Business Streaming

• Start SteamVR. Reach out to your IT if SteamVR is not installed.
• Start VIVE Business Streaming. Reach out to your IT if VIVE Business Streaming is not installed.

If the headset is not recognized by the computer and the USB icon is gray in the VIVE Business Streaming console, try these: Unplug, and then plug the USB cable again to the USB port. Try connecting the USB cable to a different USB port on your computer. Wear your headset. In the Choose USB mode dialog box, select VIVE Business Streaming. Note: If you accidentally selected Take no action, go to your library in the lobby, and select VIVE Business Streaming.

Launch realworld one

Take off the headset to start realworld one on your PC from your Desktop or the start menu. If you can't find the app on your PC, contact your IT department or install the application: https://download.realworld-one.com/ 

Sign into your realworld one account by entering your email address.

You can now start any installed experience from the Home or the Community tab.

On the Home tab, you can use Spotlights, Activity, or Recent to quickly join sessions or access featured and recently used content.

If it is your first time using realworld one, we recommend starting with the First Steps tutorial before diving into any other experience.
It will help you get familiar with movement, controls, and interaction in VR.

Additional Features

Go to Settings to adjust your language and other profile preferences. If the XR experience supports your selected language, it will automatically use the one set in your profile.

In Contacts, you can join sessions hosted by other users and connect with users from different companies.

To invite other users when creating a session, click on the experience card to get to the session page instead of clicking directly on Enter VR.

Click on the notification icon in the top right corner to accept invites from other users.

In Files, you can upload 3D & CAD Models, images, videos and PDFs for use in XR. Look at your Hand Menu to open the Hand Menu. Switch to the Utilities / Collaboration tab in the lower bar and select Files to open a File.
