The realworld one platform requires an internet connection that uses specific ports. A port is a virtual point where network connections begin and end. The ports required for realworld one are usually open; however, they may also be closed due to corporate security policies.
If the realworld one platform does not load, despite the presence of a functioning internet connection, please contact your system administrator, and request to open/whitelist the ports listed below in your network firewall/proxy.

Configuration for the realworld one Platform
TCP and UDP Ports
| IP Adresses | Protocols | Ports | Direction |
|
20.33.6.102 20.33.6.103 20.157.27.72 20.157.27.73 20.33.13.62 20.33.13.63 20.157.23.44 20.157.23.45 20.196.232.68 20.196.232.69 51.138.93.170 |
TCP, UDP | 9000-35000 | Outbound |
| *.livekit.cloud | TCP | 443 | Outbound |
| *.turn.livekit.cloud | TCP | 443 | Outbound |
| *.host.livekit.cloud | UDP | 3478 | Outbound |
| all hosts (Optional) | UDP | 50000-60000 | Outbound |
| all hosts (Optional) | TCP | 7881 | Outbound |
In order to obtain the best audio and video quality, we recommend allowing access to the UDP ports listed above. Additionally, please ensure UDP hole-punching is enabled (or disable symmetric NAT). This helps machines behind the firewall to establish a direct connection to a voice chat server.
If wildcard URLs cannot be whitelisted in your environment, you can find the complete list of required URLs here.
Be sure to replace <your-subdomain> with realworld-one.
Â
HTTPS URLs
| Domain | Protocol | Port |
| *.realworld-one.com | HTTPS | 443 |

| cdn-global.configcat.com | HTTPS | 443 |
| o384799.ingest.sentry.io | HTTPS | 443 |
1: HTTP/port 80 is solely used for tiny URLs which get redirected to HTTPS URLs. No site or API is available over HTTP.

Connection Test
Our Desktop Application has an integrated connection test that runs automatically when the application starts. Should you encounter the message "You are facing connection issues. Please contact your IT for assistance," it could signify a blocked port.
Â
In such cases, we kindly advise forwarding the corresponding logs to your IT department for further troubleshooting.
To find the logs, in Windows Explorer, search for %appdata% and hit enter. Open the realworld one folder. Select the folders logs then desktop-app and right-click > Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder. Please send the resulting zip folder to your IT department and support@realworld-one.com.
Alternatively, you can run the Connection Test Batch script manually: https://cdn.realworld-one.com/rw1/RW1ConnectionTestV2.zipÂ
