Sending Logs
We may ask you to provide log files when troubleshooting problems.
The easiest way to send log files is to use the realworld one App, click on the help icon next to your user profile and use the "Send logs" button.
Alternatively, the logs can be gathered manually as outlined below.
Windows: Gathering Logs Manually
- In Windows, search for %appdata% and open the folder.
2. Open the realworld one folder.
3. Select the folders logs and RW1Core and right click > Send to > Compressed (zipped)
folder.
4. The resulting folder should then be sent to realworld one.

Connect the headset to a PC using an USB-C cable
Put on the headset and accept the prompt to allow the PC to access storage. Plug the USB-C cable out and in again if you don't see the prompt or head over to notifications.
Open the file explorer on the PC and head over to the internal storage of the Meta Quest headset.
Go to Documents > realworld one.
Copy the logs folder to your Desktop (or any other place), right click on it, and then click > Send to > Compressed (zipped).
Go to Android > Data > com.realworldone.client > files
- Copy the logs folder to your Desktop (or any other place), right click on it, and then click > Send to > Compressed (zipped).
Sent the resulting files to realworld one.
