These steps help ensure technical stability and optimal user experience. During the setup, the steps can be followed sequentially. Depending on the environment and hardware configuration, some steps may vary.

- Verify that the realworld one app can be accessed using the local Wi-Fi network
- Open a multiplayer experience and ensure voice communication functions correctly with a remote colleague
- Confirm a stable internet connection is available
- Perform a full setup test the day before the demo to avoid technical delays during your session
The checklist is designed to support both initial setup and final verification before your first session. For efficiency, we recommend that two people work together during setup—one wearing the VR headset to confirm in-headset steps, and one supporting externally using this guide.
