To use realworld one reliably, your corporate network must be configured to support headset connectivity, app downloads, and remote device management. Many enterprise networks are highly restrictive by default, which can block essential services required for XR devices to function properly.
Important: Captive networks (e.g. those requiring login
through a web page) are not recommended, as they do not
work reliably with XR headsets and may block essential services.
We recommend reviewing our Network Configuration Guide for the full list of required domains, ports, and protocols. Alternatively, you can set up a dedicated, unrestricted subnet for headset traffic to ensure seamless connectivity and reduce troubleshooting efforts.
